• How to sign in as a member?

Press Sign Up at the top of page and fullfill the information needed. Please be sure you inform a valid and active e-mail and create a password. You are a member now. Welcome!

  • Is it possible to order without membership?

It is possible to order without membership. Add the products to your shopping cart and press “pay now”. On the new page select “Continue without membership”. Fullfill the information and click “Save”. Select payment type and shipment details before completing your order.

Orders without membership can be followed through e-mail address. Please be sure your email address is correct and active. We suggest to become a member before purchasing. Members can easily follow their orders, new products and exclusive campaigns.

  • I forgot my password. How can I sign in?

Select I forgot password on the member login page. If you are already a member to our website and do not remember your password, enter your e-mail address registered on your membership form and click on "Continue". We will send a link for you to create a new password to your e-mail address right away.

If the link doesn’t come to your e-mail do not forget to check Spam e-mail box.

You can change and update your password anytime from 'My Account>My Account Settings>Change Password'

  • How can I order?

Follow the steps below:

Click on the products you want to purchase and add to your cart.

You will be directed to the payment and address page. Choose one of your saved addresses or add a new one.

Choose the payment type. Fill the Credit Card information or choose Money Order Payment and fill the “Money Order Notification Form” and finish your payment. Press Complete Order to save your order. Do not forget to read the Distant Sales Contract, Pre-information Conditions and your withdrawal rights. Please note that Completing your order means you read and accept the conditions mentioned.

  • How to do the payment?

You can pay with Credit Card or Money Order (Bank Transfer). Please note that your order is valid when payment is completed. If you prefer Credit Card you can fill the form with your credit Card Details. If you prefer Money Order don’t forget to fill the “Money Order Notification Form” in your account page.

  • Is it possible to make changes before completing order?

Before completing your order you can change the products in your Cart or the payment option.

To delete a product in your Cart, Click on the “X” next to the product on the list.

If you want to purchase more from a product, change the quantity next to the product and press update.

You can change your payment method before completing your order.

  • Is it possible to change the shipment address and receiver name for my order?

Check the status of your order from My Account>My Orders. If the status is shipped the receiver changes can only be done by your Shipment Company. Please contact them.

If it is not shipped yet, create a Support Request on your Account Page and mention the order number. We will try to do our best to make the changes and feed you back on the situation.

  • How long does it take to receive my order?

Your orders are delivered to the Shipper within Turkey in the time period mentioned on each product’s page as Expected Delivery Time. Shipment to your address depends on your region and your shipment preference and not on Armeo’s assurance.

You will be informed as your order is delivered to the courier.

You can always check your order’s status from “My Account>My Orders page.

  • How to cancel an order?

If you ordered a wrong product, you can cancel your order before it is shipped.

In case of the products have been shipped, it is not possible to cancel.
